Today is the first day of summer. The heat is going to be beaming on us from above today. How will you be dressed? Will you body be confined by the restrictions of wearing polyester and other man-made fibers? Or will you allow you body to breathe and feel lustrous with natural fibers like silk and cotton? Even though it may seem too hot to dress professionally, it is still very much possible. Wear a 3/4 length blazer with a silk camisole underneath. You will be very comfortable with the silk camisole sliding neatly over the form of your body, while allowing your body to feel free and cool. If you must wear polyester, ensure that it is contain in a blend. The percentage of natural fiber should outweigh the percentage of man-made fibers. Remember to drink lots and lots of water. Keep yourself hydrated. Pay close attention to the weather. Check for heat advisories. If there is a heat advisory, stay inside as much as possible. Enjoy your summer!
